When it comes to looking after our hair, we fix it from the outside. But the home of your hair needs to be happy! Because your scalp is always talking through your hair: Limp hair? Probably an oily scalp. Frizzy? It’s craving water! Hair falling? Hello, dandruff.
So where does it all begin?

Say Hi to Hygiene
First up, keep your scalp clean. When you’re flitting from work day to social life, and domestic chores, you’re not washing your hair as often as you would like to. What happens next?
An unclean scalp is because of excess dirt and grime (accumulated from the environment) but also, sebum build-up.
‘Sebum’, is the natural oil produced by your scalp. It keeps your scalp waterproof and lubricated. But too much of it leads to all sorts of uncool things like dandruff, folliculitis and seborrhoea.
Nutrition or Nothing
The second step is, to eat well. If you don’t, the limited nutrients in your blood do not really reach your hair. The result: Brittle and unhealthy hair. The result of the result? Breakage. And what's the worst that happens? Hair Fall.
